Wollongong Office
Greg Goodman - Managing Director, LandTeam Australia
Greg established the Goodmans consultancy in 1985 in Warilla. He is a Registered Surveyor who graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1976. Until recently Greg was President of the Institution of Surveyors New South Wales which demonstrated both his standing in the profession and his commitment to the Surveying Profession in New South Wales.
Greg brings to LandTeam a wealth of experience in all aspects of management and customer services and has built the business on the sound fundamentals of integrity, professionalism, customer service and loyalty.
Robert Van der Zypen – Registered Surveyor, Director, LandTeam Australia
Bob commenced his Surveying career in 1982 by undertaking a Bachelor of Surveying degree at the University of New South Wales and graduated in 1985. Enrolled as a candidate for Registration as a land Surveyor in 1986 he successfully completed the Board of Surveyors exams and was Registered as a Surveyor on 15 September, 1989.
Over the last 18 years Bob has enjoyed the challenges offered by a modern surveying practice and is responsible for the efficient operations of the Surveying Department of Land Team’s Wollongong office.
David Lofberg – Registered Surveyor, Director, LandTeam Australia
Since graduating from the University of New South Wales (Bachelor of Surveying) in 1986, David has had 21 years experience in Land and Engineering Surveying, working with several reputable firms in Sydney, Wollongong and the Southern Highlands. He attained Registration with the New South Wales Board of Surveyors in 1991.
Focusing on the ‘Tools and Technology’, he views keeping up with modern procedures of collecting, processing and publishing land data as vital knowledge for the progression of his career and the Surveying Profession. David is the current Secretary of the Southern Group of the Institution of Surveyors New South Wales.
Dijana Harrison – Civil Engineer, Director, LandTeam Australia
Dijana commenced her Civil Engineering career in 1990 by undertaking a Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Wollongong and has 12 years experience in design and project management of civil projects. She is an accredited Sydney Water infrastructure designer and project manager.
Importantly, Dijana is responsible for the efficient operations of the LandTeam Engineering Department in the Illawarra.
Lauren Goodman - Executive Officer Simply Water & Sewer
Lauren has been the Executive Officer of Simply Water & Sewer from its inception 5 years ago. She has overseen the successful establishment of the Water Servicing Co-ordinator into a very efficient and professional section of the LandTeam operation.
Having completed business studies at TAFE, Lauren is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Wollongong University.
Lauren also has the responsibility of Customer Service Manager in the Illawarra.
Goulburn Office
Justin Kell – Registered Surveyor, Director, LandTeam Australia
Justin completed his Bachelor of Surveying at the University of Newcastle in 1998 with Honours, having previously completed a TAFE Certificate with Distinction in Surveying in 1994. In 2001 Justin passed the final of his exams for registration as a Land Surveyor with the then Board of Surveyors. Overall, he has nearly fifteen years experience in the surveying and land development industry, and took on the role of sole Director of Kells in 2004 with the retirement of his father, and company founder, Russell Kell. Justin is a Director of the Institution of Surveyors NSW in his capacity as Southern Group Representative.
Michael Kadziela – Surveyor
Michael concluded his surveying studies at the University of NSW in November 2005 with First Class Honours and has since been working as a surveyor whilst progressively completing the requirements for Registration as a Land Surveyor. Michael first started working with Kells during vacation work in 2002 and has returned to take up a full time position as a Surveyor after completing his university degree.
Mark Asper – Registered Surveyor Mark graduated from University of NSW in 1988 with a Bachelor of Surveying and worked for various surveying companies throughout NSW including Whelans and Boxall & Associates in Sydney as a Registered Surveyor. Mark left surveying in 1996 to work in his own Property Maintenance business. He moved to the Southern Tablelands in 2005 and joined the team at Kells as a Surveyor.
Bowral Office
Richard Anderson – Director, LandTeam Australia
Richard graduated in 1992 as a civil engineer. He has had 16 years experience in project management and construction on a variety of infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, telecommunications, water and sewer works. His role prior to joining Campbell and Anderson was as Project Manager with Tenix Alliance on a project for Sydney Water which involved the upgrading of 300 sewer pumping stations. He joined Campbell & Anderson Consulting Surveyors in 2004 as Project Manager for engineering design and construction works and became a director of the company in 2005. Richard holds Chartered Professional status as a civil engineer with the Institute of Engineers Australia.
Ian Pearse – Registered Surveyor
Ian began work as a Graduate Surveyor in 1990 and was registered as a Surveyor in 1998. He was with Campbell & Anderson since 1991, firstly as a party leader, then going on to become a director in 2003. Ian is experienced in rural and urban survey work, including GPS and has been involved in numerous subdivision projects. Ian was awarded the Barr Prize for Fieldwork in 1994 and the Harvey Prize for Town Planning Projects in 1998 by the Board of Surveyors.
Bob Anderson – Registered Surveyor
Bob was registered as a surveyor in March 1962 and has been a member of the Institution of Surveyors since 1962. Bob is currently a member of the LPI Liaison Committee and the Survey Practice and Legislative Sub- Committee of the Institution of Surveyors NSW. Bob has extensive experience in subdivision and development in the area and has many years of experience in negotiating with councils and government departments in survey and development related matters.
