Campbell & Anderson


Campbell and AndersonThe surveying practice now called Campbell and Anderson Consulting Surveyors Pty Ltd has been in business in the Bowral district for approximately 100 years. There has been a continuing succession of principals since its inception in the late1800’s. In 1965 Kevin Campbell was joined by Bob Anderson and today’s name of Campbell and Anderson was born.
In the early 2000’s Bob Anderson’s son Richard Anderson joined as a Civil Engineer & Project Manager and is now a Director of the company.
Mr Ian. Pearse became a Director in 2003, after many years as a Registered Surveyor with the practice.
Campbell and Anderson is an integral part of the professional life and development of the Southern Highlands region and now as a partner in LandTeam Australia is an integral part of the development of regional NSW.


Kells


KellsThe practice was founded in January 1961 by Justin Kell’s father Russell Kell. It has operated continuously from the same address in Goulburn, providing consulting surveying, planning and engineering expertise to its clients

Kells is responsible for a number of small and large urban, semi-rural and rural subdivisions, being involved in planning, cadastral and engineering aspects.

The practice has been involved with the route location, structure location and provision of plans for construction of some 11,000 km of transmission lines located throughout Australia and the South Pacific. Kells has a history in major road construction including Cullerin Deviation (Connell Wagner) and Lake George (Barclay Mowlem).

In recent times we have worked with many local government authorities outside our traditional area of the Southern Tablelands in preparing development applications for farmers to subdivide their properties. Kells brings an extensive knowledge of regional NSW to LandTeam Australia


Goodmans


GoodmansEstablished by Greg Goodman, the now Managing Director of LandTeam Australia in 1985, Goodmans is a leader in the provision of Surveying, Civil Engineering, Land Development, Sewer and Water Co-ordination and Spatial Services in the Illawarra district of NSW.

As well as an established part of the profession in the Illawarra – Goodmans is involved in helping to develop and strengthen the professional services sector. This includes management of the Survey Profession in New South Wales. Goodman’s surveyors are heavily involved with the organisation and management of the Southern Group of The Institution of Surveyors New South Wales and Greg Goodman is the immediate past President of the Institution of Surveyors New South Wales - an organisation that represents over 1200 Surveyors throughout the State.

The practice has long been involved with a number of key developments in the Illawarra region including two current high profile developments namely, Tullimbar Village in Albion Park and the Tallawara Power Station on the western shores of Lake Illawarra

Goodmans were proud winners of the 2007 Cadastral Surveying Category in the NSW Awards for Excellence in Surveying and Spatial information for their work on Tullimbar Village and in 2008 earned a Highly Commended Award in the Infrastructure and Construction Category for their work at Tallawarra. These awards are testimony to the innovation and professionalism of Goodmans.
